John Wheatley College

John Wheatley College strives to provide excellent lifelong learning opportunities for Glasgow's East End, Greater Easterhouse and the other communities it serves.

The College regards the arts as educational and life-enhancing and promotes inclusion in art practice through work both within the college campus and through outreach programmes within the community.

The College seeks to bring the arts within reach of everyone in the community regardless of ability, gender and race and structures programmes suitable to all needs.

The College aims to raise educational attainment levels and to aid the economic and social regeneration within the area and views the arts as having a vital role in achieving this.

John Wheatley College has an Equal Opportunities Policy.
