Local people are involved at all stages of the management and service delivery at F.A.R.E. Approximately twenty people support service delivery with 90% living in the Eastehouse area. Volunteers are a valuable addition to the workforce at F.A.R.E. The wide range of service delivery would not be possible without theor help, which is much appreciated by service users.

The entire team of volunteers, part time and full time staff met the challenges of the past year with good humour and resilience.
