The PQ magazine will be replaced with Glasgow East Outlook, produced by the Community Planning Partership in Glasgow East.

The newly refurbished Calvay Centre will open on Monday 16th April 2007.

Drop in and have a look around. Lots of activities for all during the opening week.

Calvay centre entranceThe Calvay centre has now been refurbished to give local residents extended services. The centre offers a wide range of activities for all ages and is also a registered learning centre with 12 new computer in the IT suite. There is also a dedicated youth room, nursery and a cafe, as well as rooms and a function suit that can be booked by community members for a low fee.

The centre is wheel chair friendly.

Vacancies

The centre is also looking for more staff. If you are interested in working part time as cook or caretaker, please, contatct the centre.
