Centre Manager in place at the Robert Bennie Centre

Recently the Calvay Co-operative appointed Yvonne Smith as Centre Manager.

Yvonne said: "It’s a great pleasure to join the team currently supporting the Robert Bennie Centre. I have worked with community organisations in Glasgow over the past fifteen years and am looking forward to the challenge of helping develop services that meet the needs of the people of Barlanark."

Yvonne continued: "I hope that during my time here I can help continue the development of the Centre to ensure it remains a valued facility for local people. I would like to take this opportunity to ask people to drop in and say hello, tell us what they like, don’t like or would like to see happen. I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible."
