Employment skills for the community

This is a new, part-time programme, funded by European Social Funding, where you’ll be offered the opportunity to learn:

Communication and computing skills
Team building and problem solving
Job search and interview skills
First aid, health and safety

You will also get work placement in a Learning Centre in Greater Easterhouse.

You can join the programme if you are:

18 years old and living in Greater Easterhouse,
Unemployed and receiving benefits,
Keen to support others in a community setting.

You could receive…

Money towards travel costs and a lunch allowance,
Clothing allowance and assistance with child care costs.
