Multicultural Magic !!

Students and staff at John Wheatley College recently held a Multicultural Fun Day at the Easterhouse campus which raised funds for additional equipment for the children who use the Hulaballoo childcare centre.

Traditional costume, games, competitions and a delicious international buffet filled the day and they managed to raise the princely sum of almost £230.00.

The cheque was presented to the children and Jean Lawton of Hulaballoo in mid April. All students and staff who organised and took part in the event were justifiably delighted with the amount raised and congratulations go to them for all their hard work!
