Music Coordinator bringing music industry skills to East Glasgow

Talents at Eastfest gig.New music coordinator, Ross Ferguson, has been working at Innerzone since May 2007. The job involves working closely with young people within Innerzone and the wider Greater Easterhouse area in delivery and development of musical activities.

These activities include individual instrumental and vocal tuition, band workshops, music recording/production and event management plus much more.

EastFest

One project looking for involvement from young people is the Eastfest Promotions EastfestCompany which will be running gigs at large venues Glasgow’s city centre. A series of workshops have been devised to help young people aged 14 and up to get involved with and the project will be starting shortly.

Recordlabel

The Innerzone record label are also looking for young musicans, singers and established bands to get involved with the M.I.M.A  project. This project will offer the best bands to record in  a top professional studio in Glasgow.
